If you violate our Terms of Use, Lamavie may terminate your use of our Site and App, bar you from any future use of our Services, and take appropriate legal action against you.

Lamavie is a dry cleaning and laundry service establishment, established in Obour, Cairo. Lamavie is headquartered in Avenue City Walk Mall, Obour, Cairo.

As one of the best dry cleaning service providers in Egypt, we aim to provide the highest possible quality. With our extensive experience, professionally trained team and world-class machinery, we pride ourselves on providing the utmost care for your valuable garments.

General Terms
  • The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • If you use our Site from other locations with different laws, you agree that the laws of Egypt will continue to apply to all matters relating to your use of the Site.
Submit an application
  • You must ensure that your order details are correct before submitting it. Lamavie is not responsible for any errors you make. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
  • Your order will only be considered valid after we send you confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order.
Modify or cancel an order
  • You can modify your order at no additional charge before the scheduled delivery date.
  • You can cancel your order without any administrative fees at any time before the pick-up date. If the clothes are collected by us, the order cannot be cancelled after the service has started.
Clothes collection and delivery
  • Lamavie will do its best to deliver the garments within the specified times, and will communicate in the event of any delays.
  • If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Clothing Care
  • Lamavie is not responsible for loss or damage to clothing resulting from dangerous objects (coins, pens, keys, jewelry, etc.) inside the clothing.
  • Lamavie Follow the garment cleaning instructions written on the garment care label.
Warranty Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a re-cleaning within 24 hours of delivery.
Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are determined based on the price list in the app or website.
  • Payment is accepted by cash or card. All payments are non-refundable.
Compensation Policy
  • For damaged garments, the customer may be reimbursed up to ten times the cost of cleaning the item.
  • Any reports of lost or damaged clothing will be dealt with within 3 days of delivery.
Customer Obligations
  • By using Lamavie Services, you agree to indemnify the Company for any claims or losses resulting from your violation of the Terms.
